Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté chopped onion and garlic in it. Add chopped oyster mushrooms and fry until they have lost their moisture. Let cool.
  2. Thoroughly mix the mushroom-onion mixture, oats, chopped parsley, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp pepper in a bowl and knead into a moldable mass. Add a little water or more oats if necessary.
  3. Form 4 patties from the mixture.
  4. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Fry the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. For the herb dip, mix oat milk (or yogurt alternative), fresh chives, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Serve the mushroom-oat patties with the herb dip, accompanied by potato wedges or a colorful salad.
