Up-Food costs €9.99 a month, €59.99 a year (€4.99 a month) or €219 once. 14 days free, cancel any time. The first weekly plan, all recipes, the nutrient guide and the calculator stay usable without an account.
Up-Food is a nutrition app — not a shop and not a recipe blog. It builds a weekly plan from vetted recipes and works that plan out before you cook it: 24 nutrients based on USDA data, calculated from the real ingredient amounts rather than from estimates.
What separates it from a calorie counter is the timeframe. Water-soluble nutrients such as vitamin C and the B vitamins are counted over 7 days, because the body cannot store them. Iron, calcium and the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K are counted over 28 days, because there a single bad day means nothing and four bad weeks mean a great deal. You see the gap before you shop, not afterwards in a review.

Behind neither a paywall nor an email form:
Seven questions, then a plan is on the table. No sign-up.
Every recipe with ingredients, method and nutrient values, readable without an account.
24 nutrients with requirements, sources and signs of a shortfall.
Which nutrients the body stores and which it does not — the basis of the whole calculation.
A blank table with a shopping list, to fill in on screen or on paper.
The order is deliberate: you answer seven questions, you see your weekly plan, and only then does the question of an account come up.

No. Up-Food calculates nutrient values and plans meals. If you suspect a deficiency, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, that question belongs with a doctor.
