Millet Porridge with Apple, Cinnamon and Walnuts
A warm breakfast made with millet instead of oats. Naturally gluten-free, with apple and walnuts.
Why this dish is good for you
Millet is a gluten-free grain and one of the more iron-rich cereals. Walnuts provide plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. The apple adds fibre and sweetness, so little extra syrup is needed.
